What is the diagnosis?

Melanoma 0.65mm, vertical growth phase, arising in a pre-existing naevus.

The dermoscopic image shows the following features of melanoma: multicomponent pattern (asymmetric blotches, atypical pigment network and irregular globules), focal pseudopods and blue pepper-like granules.
