What is the diagnosis?

Seborrhoeic keratosis.

The lesion shows no melanocytic features on dermoscopy (pigment network, aggregated globules or uniform amorphous pigmentation). The lesion has a clear cut margin. There are multiple milia-like cysts, comedo-like openings.
