What is the diagnosis?

Cherry angioma.

The clinical image shows a polypoid dark blue/purple papule with a smooth surface. Dermoscopy shows a lobular structure composed of uniform red-blue lacunes. An apparent grey-blue veil is fairly evenly distributed on the periphery of the lesion and its lobules.
