Psoriasis has common and uncommon presentations, with varying distribution and local features. A patient may have more than one type of psoriasis at the same or different times. The main characteristics of psoriatic lesions are symmetrical distribution, well-demarcated morphology, scaling and persisten ce.

What are the features?

Linear psoriasis is psoriasis arranged as a line. Most often this pattern represents koebnerisation, i.e., psoriasis appearing in skin that has been recently injured by scratching, cutting or surgery.
