Case 9

Sebopsoriasis

Sebopsoriasis is the term used when the skin condition has characteristics of both seborrhoeic dermatitis and psoriasis and is confined to seborrhoeic areas, i.e., scalp, mid-face, axillae and anterior chest. It tends to have poorly-defined and thin plaques, covered with yellowish scale, like seborrhoeic dermatitis. But it is persistent and resistant to treatment, like psoriasis.
